I am pleased to share that I recently engaged Katelyn as a Support Worker to assist with household domestic tasks. She is consistently punctual and communicates effectively both verbally and via email. Katelyn brings a warm, positive energy and a genuine willingness to help. Her strong work ethic and dedication are admirable and highly valued in this area of work. With her qualifications, experience, and lived experience, she demonstrates a kind and patient approach that is especially helpful, as we are a neurodivergent household with psychosocial disabilities. Katelyn particularly excels at cleaning and organizing, and we are already noticing positive effects from her support. I feel very grateful to have connected with Katelyn, as engaging supports can sometimes be challenging for me, and I have quickly felt comfortable and supported having her in my home. I sincerely recommend Jade Support; Katelyn is just a lovely person, and the disability industry could greatly benefit from more professionals like her.
